Accessing My Apps as a Continuing Student

Purpose:
MSJC continuing students, starting in Summer 2024, will have a streamlined navigation experience using Microsoft’s My Apps myapps.microsoft.com platform. This update brings a fresh look and improved functionality, consolidating your access to various MSJC web-based applications and Microsoft 365 tools into a single, user-friendly interface.
What's New?
- My Apps now serves as your central hub for accessing essential services like Self-Service, Canvas, Online Orientation (Comevo), Counseling (Cranium Café), and licensed Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
- The revamped interface promises ease of use and efficiency, ensuring you can navigate between different tools seamlessly.
Logging In
- Continuing students, rejoice! Your MyMSJC account credentials remain unchanged. Simply log in using your existing MyMSJC username and password to gain access to My Apps.
- For first-time users of My Apps, you'll be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for added security. Don't worry; we've prepared a step-by-step guide to walk you through the process. Getting Started
1. Navigate to the My Apps portal using the provided URL https://myapps.microsoft.com/.
2. Log in using your MyMSJC username and password.
3. If prompted, follow the MFA setup guide for enhanced security Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Microsoft 365 Enrollment.
4. Explore the various applications and tools available within My Apps.
