What's my MyMSJC account username?

Purpose:

MyMSJC accounts provide access to a number of useful tools like Self-Service, Microsoft 365 email and web-apps (for employees and eligible students), and other handy online resources. If you have forgotten your MyMSJC account username, follow this step-by-step guide to request your MyMSJC account information.

Request MyMSJC Account Information

In a web browser, navigate to https://selfservice.msjc.edu/requestWelcome.

Enter your Personal Email Address that is on file and select the Account Type based on your role at MSJC.

In the next screen, you will receive confirmation that your request was submitted.

If the email address you provided matches the personal email address on file, you will receive an email containing your MyMSJC account information. Review your personal email Inbox as well as Spam/Junk in the case the email was filtered.
