College Council Meetings at TVC: AV Setup Steps

Purpose: To provide instruction on connecting via laptop to College Council Meeting in TA 227

Intended Audience: User leading TVC side of College Council Meeting

Tap the touch panel, and tap “Yes”(the screen may be asleep, tap to wake)

Tap “PC” in the top left corner

Plug the USB-C Cable from the Dock into the laptop

In Microsoft Teams, make sure it is using the OWL as the Camera and Microphone and select Extron as the Speaker

Click on the “ … “ Next to your profile button towards the upper right corner and then click on “Settings”

In this menu, click on “Devices” towards the bottom of the list and make necessary changes in the right column for Audio Settings at the top and Video Settings at the bottom.

When finished, unplug the dock from the laptop and power down the AV System using the touch panel.

Tap “Power Down” on the menu that pops up.
