Utilizing Zoom with Non-Participants
Intended Outcome: Have non participating users listen in to a live Zoom meeting as an alternative to live streaming through other channels. You can have a total of 300 participants in a Zoom meeting.
Intended Audience: Employees
- From within a Zoom meeting, select Security on the Control bar.

- With the Security options open, uncheck all options within the Allow Participants to: section.

- Select the Participants option from the Control Bar. This will launch the Participants side panel.

Add Co-hosts by choosing participant from Participants side panel and add co-host. This should be done with any participants that should be able to launch video and unmute themselves.
- In the Participants side panel, select More options to manage all participants (looks like elipsis)

- From the More options to manage all participants menu, uncheck Play sound when someone joins or leaves and add check to Mute Participants upon Entry

- Select View and from the options available, choose Gallery and Hide non-video Participants
