Within Canvas, select Help.
The Help side panel will appear. Select Canvas Support - Student (or Faculty depending on role)
The Canvas Support page will appear. Select Contact Support
The How would you like to contact Canvas Support? window will appear. Select Yes, Contact Support.
Select Chat.

A canvas support agent will be with you based on the estimated time wait shared.
