How Do I Log into Zoom via Single Sign-On?
MSJC has established a single sign-on (SSO) when accessing Zoom allowing you to use your MyMSJC account credentials (same used for other web services like email, Canvas, Self-Service, etc) rather than a separate password.
The steps below will demonstrate how to access Zoom via SSO from different applications.
From a web browser:
- in a web browser, navigate to https://msjc-edu.zoom.us
- Select "Sign in"
- You should be directed to the MSJC Login Page where you will login with your employee account.
- Upon successful login you will be directed to your Zoom account page on our new tenant.
From the Zoom Desktop Application:
- If you are currently logged in to the Zoom desktop application, sign out to start fresh.
- At the sign-in window, select “Sign in with SSO”
- In the Company domain field, enter “msjc-edu” and select “Continue"
- You’ll be directed to the MSJC Login Page where you will login using your employee account
- Upon successfully authenticating, your browser will attempt to launch the Zoom desktop application. Click “Open Zoom Meetings”
- The desktop application should now be logged into your account .
From the Zoom Mobile app:
- On your mobile device, launch Zoom and logout if you are currently logged in
- Initiate the SSO login by selecting “SSO” on the Sign In page
- In the Company Domain field, enter “msjc-edu” and select “Go"
- A web browser should open to the MSJC Login Page. Log in using your employee account
- Your mobile app should now be logged into your account
