Wireless Internet - Guest Access

Purpose:

This document contains information and instructions for MSJC guests on how to access the wireless network.

Accessing MSJC Guest Wireless Internet

Access Wireless Network Settings:
- On your device, go to Settings and select Wi-Fi (or select the Wi-Fi icon in your taskbar or notification area).
Select "MSJC Guest" Network:
- From the list of available networks, select MSJC Guest.
- Depending on your device, you may need to click Connect or tap the network name to begin connecting.
Confirm Connection:
- Once you have selected MSJC Guest, your device will attempt to connect to the network.
- Once connected, you should see a checkmark, connected status, or a notification confirming you are connected to MSJC Guest.
Open Your Web Browser:
- Upon successful connection, your default browser may open automatically. If it does not, open any browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) manually.
- Once opened, you should be able to start browsing the internet.

Please be aware that the MSJC Guest network is unsecured and intended only for light internet browsing.
Due to the nature of the network, speeds may be limited, and security cannot be guaranteed.
Avoid accessing sensitive or confidential information while connected to this network.
Your access to the MSJC Guest network is limited to 4 hours of usage. Keep track of your usage time to ensure uninterrupted browsing experience.
After the 4-hour limit is reached, you may need to reconnect to the network if you wish to continue browsing.

By following these steps, you can easily connect to the MSJC Guest network and enjoy internet access for up to 4 hours.
