Employee - Out of Country Access
Good morning,
You would need the following things to have out of country access:
Have you been sent on official district business or are you on a leisure/vacation trip?
We would need an approval sent from both your area Dean and Vice president. That is attached to this request. Saying that you are approved for out of country access for your specific dates. Then your request goes to the Dean of Information Technology after receiving it for final approval.
While abroad we would need from you to provide us a screenshot of your public IP address. ***Screenshot is required*** in order to process your request. You would get this by typing in to a google search "whatsmyip." But you could only get it while you are connected to their (the country you going to) internet.
If you are planning to try travel from city to city while abroad, you would have to contact us every time. We only authorize access from one location while abroad. So when that changes then we would have to be notified. Only when you are trying to access district resources.
